Crossroads Program Level System

Pass and Leave Privileges may be adjusted to meet individual needs. This will require case manager’s recommendation and the Case Management Team’s approval and notification of the CSC office. Weekend passes are to be requested during the weekly counselling meetings and should be submitted two weeks prior to the weekend requested. The PO must approve the address and the pass; the House reserves the right to withdraw pass privileges. Clients move up the level system through attaining and maintaining the outlined criteria. Each client will move through the level system at an individual pace determined by his case management team.

Please note that weekend passes must not exceed the following NPB guidelines regardless of client’s level:

Level reviews take place every Monday.
